This drink was a collaborative creation for a happy hour event we did at a bar in SF. It was a crowd pleaser, so we’ve shared the recipe here with you.
- 2oz Day Rum
- 1/2oz fresh squeezed lime juice
- 1/2oz fresh squeezed grapefruit juice
- 1/4oz maraschino liqueur (Luxardo is the brand we used)
- pinch of salt
- soda water
Build in the glass over ice and top off with soda water. Enjoy! Don’t have maraschino liqueur? Check out your local bottle shop, or get creative and sub it with something sweet. If you’re unsure what, just use agave or simple syrup.
