The house favorite, Mosswood’s Apple Brandy Barrel is a whiskey aged in barrels freshly emptied of Apple Brandy. Our aged whiskey spends additional maturation time in these finishing barrels. We work with barrels from our friends over at Arkansas Black Applejack once their brandy maturation is complete. We also work Germain-Robin when they have apple brandy barrels for offering.
