Mosswood Barrel Aged American Whiskeys
Our whiskeys are selected from other distilleries, then brought back to our facility to be aged and blended in order to create new and unique flavor profiles. Our current releases offer a seven year-old Light Whiskey, with a mashbill high in corn, aged in used bourbon barrels. We are excited for the roundness in flavor that the Light Whiskey lends to our barrel finishes. The Additional Cask Enhanced (ACE'd) spirits implore subtle nuances with every sip. Every whiskey is brought to proof and bottled by hand.

Barrel Aged Irish Whiskey
ALL WHISKEYS BOTTLED BY HAND
We take special care when selecting whiskeys for our Additional Cask Enhancements. We use a seven year old light whiskey, which is primarily corn mash and distilled in Indiana, aged in used bourbon barrels. This whiskey lends itself well to our ACE'd techniques, which allows for barrels previously used for other beverages to impart a small bit of themselves to our already aged whiskey. We find this finishing process brings interesting flavors together in a harmonious way. These ACE'd spirits are brought to Proof with local carbon filtered water and bottled by hand. Each batch is hand numbered and labeled with care.
